About The So Hum Collective

Our journey to stillness
I’m Leigh, a yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner and Level 2 Sound Healing facilitator with more than fifteen years of experience supporting people through movement, energy and deep rest. My teaching journey has taken me across the UK, New Zealand and Australia, and over time my work has become something shaped by presence, intuition and a deep trust in embodied listening.
The So Hum Collective grew from a simple truth that continues to guide everything I create. When you slow down enough to listen to your breath, your body and the subtle frequencies that hold you, something inside begins to recalibrate. This understanding sits at the centre of my work and informs my belief that frequency is the future, an emerging language of connection, awareness and nervous‑system coherence.
My offerings weave together Yin, Vinyasa, Restorative and Fertility yoga, Reiki and sound healing, with a particular focus on meridian theory, supportive practices and nervous‑system nourishment. I’m also the author of two published Yin Yoga Element Planners, created to support teachers with inspiration, sequencing and elemental wisdom.
Whether I’m guiding a yoga practice or creating a sound‑infused sanctuary, my intention is always the same. I want to offer grounded, accessible spaces where your system can soften, settle and return to itself, a place where you can land, breathe and come home.
“Your body knows how to return to balance when it’s given space to rest.”
The So Hum Collective philosophy.
