Terms & Conditions

 

These Terms & Conditions outline how bookings, classes, events and services are delivered by The So Hum Collective. By booking or attending any session, you agree to the following:

 

1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made through our approved booking platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

 

2. Cancellations & Refunds 

 

All bookings with The So Hum Collective are final. Tickets, sessions, classes, ceremonies and events are non‑refundable and cannot be rescheduled, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non‑attendance.

This policy exists to honour the preparation, time, venue hire, materials and energy that go into each offering, and to ensure fairness to all participants.

When you book a space, it is held exclusively for you, and last‑minute cancellations cannot be filled.

If The So Hum Collective needs to cancel or reschedule an offering for any reason, you will be provided with a credit or transfer option.

 

 

 

3. Health & Safety Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you are physically able to participate. Please inform your facilitator of any injuries, sensitivities or relevant health conditions before class. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided.

 

4. Contraindications / When Not to Attend

If you are unwell, injured, pregnant (without clearance), under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or experiencing any condition that may be aggravated by movement, sound, vibration, breathwork or stillness practices, you must not attend.

 

5. Liability & Personal Responsibility

By attending, you acknowledge that all movement, sound and energy‑based practices carry inherent risks. You participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your wellbeing. The So Hum Collective is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from participation, except where required by Australian law.

 

6. Photography & Consent

We occasionally capture photos or short videos for marketing purposes. You can select (No Photos) on form check out . No images will be taken or used without consent.

 

7. Privacy & Data Handling

Your personal information is collected solely for booking, communication and safety purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. All information is handled in accordance with Australian privacy standards.

 

8. Gift Cards / Passes / Packages

Gift cards and multi‑class passes are non‑refundable and must be used within the stated validity period. Extensions may be granted only in exceptional circumstances.

 

9. Late Arrivals

To maintain the integrity of the space, late entry may not be permitted once the session has begun. No refunds or credits apply for late arrivals.

 

10. Children / Age Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all classes and events are for adults aged 18+. 

 

11. Behaviour & Conduct

We maintain a respectful, inclusive and supportive environment. Any behaviour that is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate may result in removal from the session without refund.

 

12. Use of Crystals, Sound, Water & Floating Beds

Some offerings include the use of crystals, sound instruments, tuning forks, floating beds or water‑based elements. These are complementary wellness tools, not medical treatments. You agree to use all equipment as instructed and notify your facilitator of any discomfort.

 

13. Right to Refuse Service

The So Hum Collective reserves the right to refuse service or remove a participant if safety, wellbeing or group integrity is at risk.

 

14. Accessibility & Inclusivity

We aim to create an accessible and welcoming environment. If you have specific needs or accessibility requirements, please contact us prior to booking so we can support you appropriately.

 

15. What to Bring / How to Prepare

Please arrive hydrated, comfortable and ready to participate. Mats and props are provided unless otherwise stated. For sound and floating sessions, we recommend warm layers and an open mind.

 

16. Ticket Transfers

If you can no longer wish to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person, provided they meet all safety and participation requirements. Please notify us of the name change before the session.

 

17. Event Changes or Cancellations by Us

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class or event, you will be offered a credit or transfer.
