What is your cancellation policy?
Every space in our offerings is prepared with intention, time and resources. For this reason, all bookings are final, and we’re unable to offer refunds, rescheduling or transfers if you can’t attend.
We understand that life happens, and this policy isn’t about being rigid — it’s about honouring the energy, preparation and costs involved in creating these experiences, and ensuring fairness for everyone.
If we ever need to cancel or move a session, you’ll receive a credit or transfer option.
How do I pay?
You pay via our online platform which confirms your place or by a prior agreed method.
Can I gift my floatation/Yoga spot to someone else?
Yes — you may gift your booking to a friend or family member. Please let us know their name before the session so we can update our guest list.
What is the etiquette for floating sound baths?
Due to the immersive nature of our sessions — especially floating sound baths — late entry is not permitted. This protects the atmosphere and honours the experience of those already in the space.
What should I bring?
Just yourself, comfortable clothing and an open mind. Please bring your own Mats and props for the yoga classes however all other props are provided unless otherwise stated. For floating sessions, warm layers and a water bottle for after the pool are recommended.
What is a floating sound bath?
A floating sound bath is a deeply restorative experience where you rest on a floating bed in warm water while sound vibrations move through and around you. It supports deep relaxation, nervous system regulation and a sense of weightless calm.
Is there anything I should avoid before a floating session?
Please avoid heavy meals, alcohol or stimulants beforehand. Arrive hydrated and ready to relax.
Who should not attend a floating sound bath?
For safety reasons, floating sound baths are not suitable if you:
-
have sound sensitivities or conditions affected by strong auditory/vibrational stimuli.
-
have epilepsy triggered by sound or vibration.
-
are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
-
have a pacemaker or implanted electronic medical device.
If unsure, please consult a healthcare professional before booking.
What is the etiquette for floating sound baths?
We maintain a silent, serene environment. Please keep noise to a minimum in the venue and pool area. Natural ambient sounds (water movement, acoustics) may occur and are part of the experience.
Is photography allowed?
You can take before and after shots -(we also assist with pictures of you on the floating beds) and we occasionally capture photos or short videos for marketing, but only with consent. You may opt out at any time.
Is sound healing a medical or therapeutic service?
No. Our offerings are complementary wellness experiences and are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
Is the space accessible?
We aim to be as inclusive as possible. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us before booking so we can support you appropriately.
