The Velvet Frequency Experience

The Velvet Creative Frequency is a gentle creative workshop designed for women who want to slow down, make something beautiful with their hands, and settle into a calmer inner rhythm.

Guests arrive to a warm, soothing drink  ceremonial cacao or Blue Lotus tea before easing into a grounding moment that helps the body shift out of the day and into presence. From there, we move into textured art creation, using tactile materials and intuitive layering to explore expression without pressure or perfection.

The experience closes with a deep sound healing journey, allowing the body to soften and the mind to quieten as everything integrates.
