Each Floating Frequency session includes premium floating beds for full comfort and support, a curated live sound bath designed to regulate and restore, and a gentle grounding ritual to prepare the body before the water receives it.

Additional experiences can be woven in — a cacao ceremony, a yin yoga practice, or a breathwork opening — to deepen and extend the journey.
